Tori Bowman Johnson is a multidisciplinary creative with over 15 years’ experience spanning talent management, writing, brand strategy, content creation and PR. Beginning her career as an agent at Vivien’s Model Management in Melbourne, she brings an instinctive understanding of how to nurture talent, shape careers, and build meaningful, long-term opportunities.
As the founder of Fish MGMT, Tori works closely with artists, creators and cultural figures, providing hands-on management grounded in trust, transparency and a deeply personalised vision.
Under Tori’s management, Fish prides itself on kindness and remaining open minded.
